No local or on-premise data storage
QuickAppFlow stores all data and files on the MS Azure Cloud. We do not use any local or on-premise infrastructure to store customer information in our development or test environments.

Vulnerability assessment
QuickAppFlow regularly tests for potential vulnerabilities by conducting static code analysis and infrastructure vulnerability scans.
Penetration testing
QuickAppFlow engages third-party penetration testing firms multiple times a year to assess the security of QuickAppFlow products and their underlying infrastructure.
Resiliency and Availability
99.9 % Availability
QuickAppFlow maintains an availability rate consistently above 99.9%. Customer data is fully backed up, with multiple online replicas and additional snapshots. This ensures comprehensive data protection and redundancy.
Data backups
Near real-time backups are stored in a separate MS Azure Availability Zone. Daily cloud snapshots are taken and kept for the past seven days. This ensures data integrity and availability across different locations.
Geo Redundancy
QuickAppFlow has established multiple Availability Zones to serve customers in real-time, ensuring continuous operation and seamless disaster recovery capability. This setup enhances our system’s resilience and ensures uninterrupted service delivery.
Capacity Management
QuickAppFlow employs proactive capacity monitoring, which relies on conservative thresholds to anticipate and address potential resource constraints. Additionally, our hosting partners offer on-demand capacity expansion capabilities, ensuring that resources can scale dynamically to meet evolving demands. This elastic infrastructure allows us to maintain optimal performance and accommodate fluctuating workloads effectively.
Security Operations
Continuous monitoring and situational awareness are ensured round the clock through the detection, containment, and remediation of any suspected or actual security incidents. Tactical rules and data sensors are configured to deliver timely early warnings and alerts as needed.
